Tilework has never been more popular in the Minneapolis / St. Paul metro area. Whether you’re planning to tile your bathroom floor, add an attractive backsplash to your kitchen, or create a small focal wall to enhance your favorite room, I&E Renovations is proud to be a trusted tile expert throughout the Twin Cities.

In addition to new tile installation, we can also help restore the beauty of your existing tile. While ceramic and natural stone tiles are designed to last for many years, grout will naturally wear down over time. Because of this, even well-maintained tile can begin to look dingy or outdated. Fortunately, regrouting is a cost-effective way to refresh your space while preserving the tile you already love.

Furthermore, our team can repair broken or damaged tiles and renew surfaces using professional acid washes, fresh caulk or silicone, and protective resealing. Not only does this process improve the overall appearance of your space, but it also helps extend the lifespan of your tile installation.

I&E came in to fix a bathroom tile job that had been poorly done by a previous contractor. They were meticulous about their planning and gave us several options, and they installed our chosen one on time and budget, and we love the result. Based on our experience, I can strongly recommend this group.

A friend of mine who is a luxury custom home builder around Lake Minnetonka recommended i&e to us and I couldn’t be happier. Nick and his team came in and did more than I expected. They made some repairs that weren’t in the quote and made sure we were happy with all colors before preceding. Nick is extremely easy to work with and will make sure you are completely satisfied with their work before they leave
I highly recommend i&e for any work you’re looking to have done!

Unfortunately, I couldn’t get an estimate. I scheduled an estimate a few weeks of advance, and they called after the appointment time to say they couldn’t make it and could come the next day. I reached out towards the end of the next day, and they said they were really busy and wanted to come the next day. Given the demands of my schedule, I rely on punctuality and reliability and therefore couldn’t continue to work with them. Otherwise, from the pictures, the work looks awesome and all communication was very polite. It seems like they are in high demand.

Update 7/15/25 - the owner reached out to me personally to apologize and schedule an reschedule an estimate. Seems like a great company.

Nick, Roman, and the crew were wonderful and we're delighted with the results of the major interior-painting project, which covered ten rooms/halls, as well as LOTS of doors. Pricing was reasonable; communications very good; and the quality of work excellent. I strongly recommend I&E Renovations for painting projects.

There is no one like Nick at I&E Renovations in the industry!!! Everybody else just want to slap on paint, plaster, or drywall without taking the time to investigate and understand what's beneath the surface. That is what sets these guys apart from the competition, especially when it comes to the restoration of historic homes, building, and complex structures. Thank you so much for being a true professional in the industry. I cannot wait to see more of your exemplary workmanship!

I used I & E to completely gut and redo our two bathrooms, one at a time. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, time to completion, and attention to detail that they put into their work. Don't roll the dice with other contractors, these guys get it done.
